Meet Martha Millis, waitress at The Edgewater Supper Club. If the name is familiar, it’s because she’s the daughter of Bill and Vicki Millis, owners of the restaurant. Now before you think she gets preferential treatment (she doesn’t), everyone at The Edgewater works hard to provide you with a wonderful dining experience.
What you may not know about Martha is that she is a gymnast with an additional background in track and field. That helps because she’s cool under pressure and very flexible! In fact, one rarity is that she is ambidextrous. Slow is not in her vernacular. With her 3 children she enjoys hiking outdoors, disc golfing, painting and decorating. They recently traveled to Rhode Island and made fun of the people’s weird accent. (Her fiancé is from Rhode Island so she can say that).
Martha enjoys The Edgewater’s old structure, historic vibe and wonderful views of the river. While she loves all the food here, she can narrow it down to either the Poor Man’s Lobster or Prime Rib. Throw in some Bada-Bing Shrimp and a Whiskey Ginger and she’s happy.
