Meet Blaine Adams, host at The Edgewater Supper Club and father to Vicki Millis, owner of the restaurant. While he’s proud of being Vicki’s father, he knows that she’s doing a wonderful job and he’s not about to give her any advice!
One day Blaine was cleaning the fireplace and noticed some faint lettering. A mystery indeed. He couldn’t figure out the last word but after checking with others discovered that it said, “Hearth O’ Cheer”. Now you may wonder what that means. Good. Ask Blaine because he’ll tell you the rest of the story.
As an employee of The Edgewater, Blaine likes to tell people he’s retired. Which is strange because he works very hard as a retired person. He used to work as an Ergonomics Safety Administrator for General Motors. In the past he has enjoyed woodworking and creating beautiful works of art from cribs, chairs, musical instrument cases and more.
What’s on the menu for Blaine when he eats at The Edgewater? Strong coffee, a good Steak Filet or the Fish.
